Q: I have a Sandisk Sansa e250 and when I plug it into the usb all it does is beep twice and then nothing pops up. How do I get it to pop up so that I can put my music on there. fyi I just got it from someone and I have never used it on my computer.
A: Try this: on the player, go to menu, go into Settings, go to USB mode, and change it to MSC. This makes it act like a flash drive and Windows should detect it that way. You should be able to navigate the the Music folder on it and then you can drag and drop files for your computer into it.
