Q: my scanner isn't registering in my computer. I put the disk in and i installed everything that needed. put when i go to scan something it says no registeration is avaible for this application. so i tried to do it again and it didn't even read the cd it just says something like do you allow this program or cancel. like a pop up and i allow it to continue and it doesn't read the disc. what is going on with my scanner. Oh i even restarted my computer to see if that was the problem and it still gave me the same answer. help please
A: Uninstall the current installation that you've done. Restart your PC, perform a windows update and then try to install your printer. Sometimes, windows is missing a component that it needs to register the printer with the computer.
