Q: I have 'CanoCraft CS-P 3.7' and its pretty old but it really good working condition. I wanted to scan in some picture but this error message keeps on coming up.. 'The Parallel port may be used by another application Error code: 0x00060800' Can someone help please. What do i do to fix it.?
A: Sound like your using something on the same port, maybe printing something? Try again or restart your computer and try again.
