Q: When I want to scan something to the computer it only gives me that option once in a blue moon. I can can & reprint or do it through my memory card... I just want to scan it to my computer but it only gives me the option sometimes. Does anybody know what's going on? I place the item in the scanner & press "Scan Menu" and then it gives me options. How do you do what you do?
A: What do u do to scan it to ur computer normally? I personally open HP Document Viewer then click on the scan icon at the top.
