Q: Ok, so i am trying to use windows live one care safety scanner.I have windows vista and i am using the beta version of the software.But as i am downloading it just dont proceed beyond 67% download.It show 8 of 11 files downloaded and 67% complete but dosent move any further.What can i do?
A: It would appear that file 8 of 11 is much larger than the proceeding. I just ran the process and eventually it clicked over to file 9 and is now working.
