Q: I have a HP 5610 All-In-One series Multifunction Printer. Since some time I have been having a issue with the scanner. In the windows option of Scanner and Camera Wizard my scanner is not being detected. My printer is working though and it allows me to print, so I know its not a problem with my USB's. The Multifunction Printer works fine on other computers including the scanner which also works fine. I could do a system restore but I would be losing too much of my data. I tried contacting HP for help but, alas, they were not much of help. I've tried to use the software HP gave me but that has problems too. I really need to use this scanner as I have a report due. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
