Q: my computer is a hp psc 2110v all in one and it won't let me scan anything on to it. not even pic or anything when i click the scan button it says " an error occured commuicating with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device a connected properly and try again". i dont know what that means and i don't know if i need some kind or core of something
A: Make sure that u hv installed the printer driver into ur computer. It's the CD which comes with the printer when u bought.
