A: There is a way to that, you just need to have some specific software. Theres one called Readiris (OCR Software), which basically takes anything you have on paper (from a newspaper, regular paper, magazine, ect.) and converts it into an editable document that can be used in Word, Excel, Outlook, ect.. See below for link. Good luck, thats the only way I know of doing it.
