Q: hp photosmart c5280 help!! i need to get pictures up on the internet but they wont scan onto my computer?????
A: If your printer works ok, then you may have to open the Photo & Imiging Directoy and choose the scanner. I have a stand alone scanner and printer and I have to chose which one I want to use as I set the printer as the default since I use it so much more. Ron
