Q: I just got a new hewlet packard about 2 weeks ago and a message keeps popping up that there is an unkown trojan in my computer that is harmful. It gives me the option to scan and remove but when after i downloaded it it would only let me scan not remove. It scanned that pogoweblauncher is harmful but i have no idea how to get rid of it.
