Q: I use a EPSON Stylus CX5500 multifunction machine ( scanner / printer / copier ). When I scan small items like photos and magazine cut-outs there is no problem. When I tried to scan a certificate ( short bond paper - 8.5 inches by 11 inches ), the scanning is incomplete. The image will only show about 85 to 90 % of the scanned document. The missing portion is on the long side. What causes this ? Solution, please. Thank you.
