Q: is this possible? i dont want to change my computer i just want to change my windows from windows ME to XP. if this is possible? what would happen to my printer and scanner settings etc because i have installation disks for them etc. how do i go around changing my windows?
A: It would be possible to upgrade from ME to XP, but why not go for Vista if your system can handle it? The printers and scanners should still work fine. The drivers from your CD's may need to be updated after installing XP - but they should work fine. If you do get XP remember to also get the Service Pack 2 for it, as this is the most updated version
