Q: So my SA stopped scanning. I uninstalled it and installed it again, and it scanned well for 2 days, and today it's not scanning again. I think I have a virus. If so, how do I cure it? I get it paid for the by the university. And it used to scan just fine until recently.
A: Make sure you have everything paid for and contact SM if possible.
