Q: I have put my default application to Microsoft Outlook 2003, when i click to auto scan to an email my outlook should automatically open up a new mail message. Its not doing anything! When i change the settings on the software to Outlook express 6 it opens up the new mail box. I dont want to use outlook express i want to use Microsoft outlook. Am i using the wrong file type or something i have tried everything. Brother support hasnt helped. Any help would be appreciated :) I am using a Brother MFC 260C and i am using XP Home
A: Please provide the MODEL of the Brother machine you're using and the operating system as well (XP, Vista, etc.). Different machines have different software packages included in their bundles... Maggie B
