Scanning 35 mm negatives?

Q: 1. Do i just pull it out of the camera and scan it with a normal scanner? Or should it really be a photo scanner? 2. When its converted to JPEG. How big do they get? Can I print a full A4 paper of the picture

A: The negatives have to be processed...you can't just pull the film out and expose it to light. The negatives you receive back with prints are processed. You'll ruin the film if you just pull it out of the canister. Once you have the negatives, you can scan them in with a scanner and software that supports scanning from negatives. Most do, or have the additional software available.
