Q: I want to scan with my dell AIO printer 942. I want to scan to word, or even better email. I choose word on the printer where it asks for the software i want it sent to, but nothing happens. Ideas?
A: i'm not sure about the software you are using, but on mine there is an option to save it as an .rtf file. When it says to save it there should be another box with different formats (the default should be .jpg) change that to .rtf and you should b fine. Don't hesitate to email me if you have a different program, i'll look into it.
