Q: No scanning nothing please help!!!!
A: Here is the link for the drivers for your particular machine: http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi?category=Drivers&ccs=229:1:0:582:0:0&os_group=WinXP&searchLang=en I strongly suggest you UN-INSTALL all previous drivers, etc. that you have and start over fresh with the drivers at that link. I'm not sure what you mean by 'downloading application list', but if it's asking you what program you want to be able to open the scanned image/document in, you may have to choose that first before it lets you continue with the scanning process -- it may be Lexmark's way of knowing what type of file to save your scan as (i.e. .pdf., .doc, .jpeg, etc.) Good Luck!
