how to scan a document from my printer to my pc and add to a folder?

Q: I'm with vonage, so I don't need a fax for say to fax any document.

A: so if its connected to the central unit (i dunno if thats the name in eglish) , put the paper in the scanner and go to poste de travail, u know the one where you find the Cds at and the Disquettes when you put them in where u also find all the readors and the local disk ...sorry my pc is in french .. anyways ull find the name of ur scanner mine says HP scanjet 2400 , righ click on it and press getting image by the assistan of the scanner (or some long sentence like that) and the wait and it will ask you to where you save it, then chose whatever folder you wanna put it in and let it load and save :) TADA ! sorry for confusing you but i hope i helped :)
