Q: okay i'm not dumb i know you put it in the scan area & all LOL but there is no button on my new printer (Samsung sxc-4200) that says scan, there is one that says copy & one that says "start". i have tried everything! i went to click the printer icon but the only options they gave me are maintenance & smart panel. they both show that scanning is allowed but i don't know HOW, please help
A: is it set up on your pc, try looking for the printers software, it may say acquire on it instead of scan, failing that check your manual, it should tell you in there
