Q: There is no scan button on vista. I use paint and I can not get change or alter the text.
A: You need to install full version software of All-in-One in the computer. NOTE: Keep the USB cable unplugged from the computer during installation and connect only when software prompt you to connect. >After installing the software you can scan in word. > If you are unable to scan > Open HP solution center > Click on settings > Scan settings and preferences > scan to setup and add the word application in the scan to destination list.
