Q: every time i scan a picture or or document when i open it its 100 times bigger why? its hard to email it or open it wont fit on the screen. i made a copy of a passport phot 2x2 when i print it its 15x30 why dose it change from a 2x2 to a much larger one? is that by defult? how can i scan something and open it the same size with out makeing changes later??
A: You didn't mention which scanner you are using. If you are using HP scanner you can edit the scan settings from the HP solution center/Director on the desktop. If you have not installed the full version software of the scanner in the computer and if you are using windows Vista and your scanner doesn't support full version software. You can edit the image by right clicking on the image > Edit. And for printing the image you can see the original size in preview.
