Q: i have a mac os x 10.4.11 and need help scanning a document its says its ''scanning to" and does nothing any helpful hints or steps to follow would be nice :)
A: Its better if you would have said about the scanner you have. 1. Check whether scanner is turned on. 2. Check whether the cable that connects the scanner with mac is properly connected Use any imaging software like photoshop, that uses standard twain driver to scan using scanner.
