Q: Everytime I unplug my scanner, or restart my computer, Ihave to go back and re-install my scanner. I just bought it last weekend. It's an HP Scanjet G3010
A: Please first reinstall all your printers and scanners on ur pc. restart ur pc. the insert the cd that came with your scanner and plug the scanner when the installer ask for and the power it on. After installing this u can install others and u won't have any problems after this. if it occurs again, reinstall the operating system.
