Q: I have a microtek scanmaker 4800 and everytime i try to scan it only scans a big black block. I went to microtek's support site and there suggestions don't work. i deleted the recommended files and also tried installing it in safe mode. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it.
A: scanners usually do that. if you close the lid try opening it. if you open the lid try closing it. and if it doesnt work... buy a new scanner...
