Q: At my job we have a Konica Minolta Bizhub200 that scans PDF files onto our server. We get the scans on a folder on our computer but a couple of days ago the scans stopped showing up on the folder in the computer. Our computer guy has no clue how to fix it and I really needed it to work now.... does anyone have any advice or ideas as to what may be wrong and what I can do?
A: It is most likely your Konica is performing the conversion into PDF. The server is just a place for the Konica to put the files. Try rebooting the Konica. If it doesn't work contact Konica for further support. Good Luck Mate!
