Q: Prior, I was able to open .tif attachments from the scanner but for some reason I can no longer do so. What is wrong? It is not the scanner. rott1711. what program might that be? I am able to get other attachments scanned from the scanner but not the .tif
A: Maybe something has gone wrong with your scanner. Try saving a file from the scanner as a JPG. Then, if you can open that up, you will know the scanner is OK. If not, there's probably something wrong with the scanner. Good luck and hope this helps.
