If not you can speak with an on line technician here or use other options to contact HP: http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/contact_us.html Had a simillar problem, and trust me spent lot of time to resolve it, but found solution to their support page. And employes at HP help center,ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO assist you. The only way to solve your problem. I could write down here the steps I followed but may not work for different PC configuration.
