Q: First, it did not have paper when asked to print so paper was put in- that did not work. The computer and printer were turned off and the printer unplugged for five minates - that did not work. The ports and whatever are programed correctly. Do you know how to get it back running again and please do not tell me to call Dell on Call.
A: Just uninstall the printer then reinstall it.
