Q: I always click remove,wonder what happens with either option.
A: Remove deletes the malware (spyware, adware, trojans, etc.) from your computer. Quarantine moves it to another location on your computer without removing it; it basically disables the malware without deleting it. You are better off just using the Remove option to get it off your computer.
