Q: The printer function works fine, as long as I am attempting to print something from the Internet or a ducument already housed on my computer. Whenever I try to put a picture down on the scanner to scan it, I hit the "scan" button and nothing happens. Any suggestions??
A: First - what OS, what Internet Explorer browser are you using? I had a similar problem with an ALL in ONE from HP after install IE 7.0. Go to HP's website and look for a hotfix that fixes the problem so you can use the HP Document Center to scan the picture. If you recently added IE 7.0 then first try this, the HP support site is pretty descent and can help you through most of the trouble shooting problems. Any questions...email me musiclov2002@yahoo.com
