Q: I have a HP Officejet 4315 All-in-one. I think you have to download something..im not shure..but every time i press scan it says:no scan options..n something about refer to trouble shooting...i did that and said there was something ALREADY be on your computer..so anyone know what to download or whatever i need to do?
A: Im not very good at explaining but Hopefully I can help I know you go to windows photo gallery and at the top of the screen on the left it says file right click that and you will see your options . one that says import from camera or scanner click on that and it should do the trick this is how i do it on my computer of course make sure ur picture is in the scanner good luck
