Q: I asked before but didn't get answers. Could you tell me which is the best/most reliable brand to get for the office: I need a Copier/Scanner/Printer/FAX combo, one that prints 20 or more pages per minute. Also, are these combos dependable? Should I be concerned about one feature, eg., the scanner not working, and would I have to replace the entire machine if that happens? Thnaks.
A: I have the Dell 3115CN printer, scanner, copier, fax. It is a color laser printer and it works great. Dell is running a special on them until the end of the month. 2 for 1. Total cost will be about $1,000 delivered. Even if you throw out the second printer, the toner alone is worth about $500. Otherwise, sell the second printer and you get a great AIO for $500.
