Q: I have a Lexmark 4300 all in one. I want to scan documents into Microsoft Word. Currently I am only able to scan to Adobe. I switch the location on the printer but it still send it in adobe. Can you help?
A: If you want to scan documents and convert them to text, you will need software to do that. (OCR Software) I assume that is what you are trying to accomplish, but your scanner software only gives you the choice of PDF or JPEG, etc. Google OCR Software reviews.
