Q: I tried putting the paper in and hitting scan, nothing happened. I tried opening my version of paint shop and selecting scan, but it said the scanner could'nt be found. I don't know how to configure it or anything. It's a printer, too and that works just fine. Help please?
A: 1) Open Windows Control Panel 2) Click on Scanners and Cameras 3) Click on HP PSC 1200 Series 4) Then the Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard takes over. good luck
