A: I do not know which version u r using. I am also using quick heal. Do this: Click on scan tab. You get options like my profile and drive. last option in that is native scan. So use that to run it. What must have been done by system is it must have scheduled native scan on every boot. So click on tools tab. You see option called schedule scan. When you click you see option called add, remove schedule. So remove native scan schedule. I think this should solve your problem. In case things do not work then contact customer care ofquick heal.
