Q: i have a hewlett packard scanner 12vdc that won't scan anything... how do i fix it?
A: More details please? How are you using it, what are you trying to scan, did you install the scanner's drivers on your computer? Or did you just plug it in and hope? Did it used to work and has stopped working?
