Q: My Scanner is the "HP PSC 1510 All-in-One Printer, Scanner, Copier". Everytime I try to use the scanner, a message comes up saying, "An error occured during preview. If the scanner is being used, please wait for it to complete the task, and then click preview." Could someone please help me?
A: HP's are funny that way. Try using the Microsoft Scanner Wizard located in the Control Panel of Windows XP. Otherwise, I would remove the printer/scanner program and re-install it. Also, make sure there are no other printer programs installed. HP's don't like to play with other printers.
