Q: A box popped up when I tried to install the scanner and said it has not been windows xp verified where they check it works well with xp. This is because it is old- 1999 I think is when we purchased the scanner and I wanted to use it again. The box says don't continue to install or there might be problems. I don't think anything bad will happen. What should I do?
A: Go ahead and install it. If anything goes wrong just use System restore to undo any changes. I can't see anything drastic happening, just that the scanner won't work. :)
