A: there should be a little window that says "Magnifier Settings" when you start the Magnifier... click on Exit then it should exit the program if not go to Task Manager or Ctrl+Alt+Del/Click on the Applications tab/Click on Magnifier/Press the Delete key it should close the program i hope this helps :)
