Q: We have tried setting it up using the barcodes in the book that is provided but although the barcode will beep, no numbers are coming up. We are using a USB cable which I understand is needed for best results. Any help would be great! I forgot to mention that I want to use it on my laptop!
A: All the scanner should do is beep if you are scanning the setup codes. Try scanning a regular barcode on package food or something. (enable UPC code first)
