Q: I'm trying to scan a document into my Lexmark 6250. The preview looks great, it scans, I save it to a file - but I can't find the file. I've tried just sending it to Microsoft Word, saving it to a folder, saving it to notebook - I don't know where these scans are going. PLEASE HELP. It scans photos to a file just fine. I did reinstall the driver, but no luck. I can't find it in Desktop or anywhere else. It's just not scanning. Anyone have any ideas - is there another driver that I don't know about? And were do I download it?
A: try opening ms word ,then import, if your scanner then works ,it will automatically scan it into ms then give document a name&saveto ms word
