A: If you are in the US, here is the link for the scanner.. you will find the latest software and the manuals... http://support.visioneer.com/products/home/EOL/4400/downloads.asp If you are in Europe, here's the link: http://support.visioneer.com/UK/products/home/EOL/4400/default.asp Since the file is in .pdf form, I would suggest you open it and see if it's comprehensive enough for you to use and if it is, save it to your hard drive so that you can reference it easily enough in the future. If it isn't might I suggest the other options available on the Visioneer website (such as 'Knowledgebase", and "Tools and Utilities") that are located on the left side of the page? Hope this helped!
