Q: I have installed my scanner from A CD, but it still doesn't function..it says it cannot find TWAIN driver. What should I do.. I am not asking you to redirect me somewhere.. I am asking YOU..!!!
A: Deinstall the program completely, Then go To your control panel and look and see if a printer or scanner is in the list if so you will have to delete the scan driver there also. If i am not mistaken i think you need only one twain on your comp. In oder to avoid conflict. Not to make you confused just do the deinstall first. Next time you type a problem with software hardware computer problems DO NOT FORGET to put what operating system your using. Then helping would be a little easyer. smile
