Q: I need help. It's a Canon MP150 and my computer is a Windows XP.
A: I am sure there is a CD that came with your Printer Scanner. If you have the CD, just insetr it into your CD driver connect your Printer-Scanner to te computer and follow the instructio for the installation. But if you don't have the CD (driver) that came with your device, you may have to just go to the manufacturers website and download the driver for your specific device. If your are using Vista and your CD for the printer came for XP then you may have to download the updated version which allows you printer-scanner to work with the Vista Operating System. Now before you continue I will like to know if your system recognise that a device is connected, if the computer does not recognise that the you have to properly check your USB cable (if that is what you are using) and make sure that that is connected and that it is working properly.
