Q: When I try to download my pictures to my camera it says the computer cannot detect the scanner or camera??? My camera is on and it works fine. So how do I fix this problem????
A: Try using a different USB port? Reboot the PC? If it still does it then.. Unplug all USB device before you to below... 1. Click on start 2. Right click on My Computer, then on Properties 3. Click on Hardware Tab, then Device Manager 4. At the bottom of the list is USBC 5. Click to expand the list 6. Starting with the first one right click 7. Click on uninstall for each one Then reboot the PC Once you login to Windows .. It will re-install the USB drivers once that is done. Then try your camera again. If it works then start pluging in back all your USB devices you had connected.
