Q: it plays in another computer and downloading kodak easyshare didnt make a difference
A: The format with which your picture is saved possible could be a problem. You may have to load the software that came with your camera on the system you want to use in retreiving your pictures. Or better still you have to save your files in a format that can easily be readable through any computer e.g JPG, BMP and the likes that can common file format readable on many computer running xp. But you should also know that windows xp is just your operating system, the application program should be loaded (that is a program designed for reading or working specific operation. Though you did not give a good detail of the problem, if you have loaded the pictures on a disc for example you may be having problem with the disc or the solution I mentioend above may just be what you need. Finally, if your kodak camera is not reading or recognised on the computer then you may have to instal the driver for the Kodak camera. Good luck to you
