Q: I have an hp psc 1315v all-in-one scanner, printer and copier, and i'm trying to do a project for school, but the scanner isnt working right. it will scan the picture, but it wont scan the WHOLE PAGE. it just scans a zoomed in portion of it. does anyone know what the problem is?
A: just put scan area to letter or something bigger there will be settings for this in hp toolbox/scanning program plus set resolution to lower say 600 dpi plus preview ur scan
