Q: It's an HP Scanjet G4010, and it just scans a tiny portion of the page. It's REALLY ticking me off. How do I fix it?
A: hello, every scanner comes with its own management software, my guess is that you scan pages using the button on the scanner. look for this program in the start menu--> programs (some thing like HP scanJet or HP center. when you open the program, ther will be few buttons, mainly the "Preview" and "Scan" buttons, use privew first, then notice that the scanner program will draw a dashed line around a portion of the page, use the mouse to adjust its size and when satisfied click the scan button (the images will probably be save in the "my documents" folder) good luck
