Q: I have already installed the drivers and software but when I place a photo to be scanned the printer/scanner is telling me to install or run software for the feature???? I am getting frustrated, please HELP ME!!!!!!!! I have done everything I can think of, any suggestions? Thanks ~~Melissa
A: As you already installed the drivers, try scanning from scanners and cameras wizard in the control panel.
