Q: printing quality is slow and was told to clean nozzles,HOW DO I CLEAN NOZZLES? I cleaned the heads and keep getting lines across the paper (horizontal)
A: Open the icon on the lower menu bar for your printer. A page should open with choices. Different brands will vary. Look for tools or the toolbox. Once you find that, the option to clean nozzles should be there.
